I called a lot of companies . I finally used national , they had the cheapest price and good review on this site. they picked up on time . to make the haul. delivery was as promised. It was a good experience for a first time experience. this was a difficult haul because it was a chevy express 1500 service van. they did a good job, and I would use them again.
My overall experience with the transporter was excellent. Transporter was very polite and I would definetly like to use him again. The transporter had some trouble getting to the location of the vehicle, but when he eventually got there, he was full of apologies and very professional. I wish he can go about giving a crash course in customer service and ettiquete.

This was my first time using a shipping company, so I was a little nervous. My luck was good with this company. I would definitely use them again or recommend this company to others.
My vehichle (Honda Accord) was shipped on 8/15/09 without damage from VA to WA in about 5 days. The weather was good. I wouldn't expect this during snow season. The truck was an open carrier type. I made the reservation about 2 weeks ahead of time. The person taking the reservation was very informative about the process and service. I thought the price ($942) for shipping my vehicle across the country was fair. A small deposit was made and the rest was due upon delivery.

I chose this company based upon the amount of business the company does annually, the drivers are employed by the company and other positive reviews. It turned out to be a good decision. The other reviewers on this site helped me in making my decision, so I feel obligated to contribute to the site/others.

I have been in the car business for 40 years and never shipped a car because I heard horror stories about cars sitting on a truck for days until the truck was full or cars that had been damaged by drivers with little or no experience but this was not the case with National Auto Shippers.
Manny was friendly and very professional and assured me that the car would be loaded and not removed from the truck until it reached it's destination.
The car was picked up on time and delivered ahead of schedule, undamaged. I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to use National again or recommend National to my customers.

I called the Florida office of National Auto Shipping to confirm my pick up order about noon on Friday. The car was picked up at the dealer in Houston at 6 PM same day! I was blown away when my salesman called.
I probably got lucky as they had a vacant spot going to Grand Forks ND, but I'll take it.
I did follow up on Monday to find out where my vehicle was and they got the truck driver in touch with me directly to make drop off arrangements.
The driver (Robert) was really good. My newish car arrived without a scratch.
For first timers, do your followup, pick a convenient drop spot or highway rest area/truck stop, shopping center w large parking lot, a public quiet commercial street near a dealership is good. Best of all communicate with the truck driver in case he has another drop spot location and all can be done at once.
A very good overall experience and the price was amongst my lower quotes received.
